American Debt Negotiation’s
Debt Free For Life Program

The American Debt Negotiation debt settlement program, settles your debt by negotiating directly with your creditors.

If you are having trouble paying your creditors, or are only able to pay the minimum monthly payments, our debt settlement program may be right for you. Using our debt settlement program, you can save up to 50% or more on your total debt, and can get out of debt in 3 years or less! Sign up now for a free debt settlement consultation and a personal explanation of our services!

In addition to offering our own debt settlement services and financial consulting, we are also associated with a network of the top debt settlement, debt elimination, debt consolidation, credit repair and mortgage lending companies nationwide.

Debt that would otherwise take you ten, twenty, or even thirty years to pay off, with tens, even hundreds of thousands in finance rate charges, can be paid off in a fraction of the time at far less than you currently owe. We offer various debt settlement methods depending on what is best for your unique situation.

Some, in an attempt to protect a "good credit rating" or "payment record", exhaust funds set aside for emergencies or in retirement plans costing thousands in penalty's and taxes. A person in this situation is in reality "renting a lifestyle" and has just 3 options to deal with the situation before they're forced to file for bankruptcy protection.

Option #1: Do Nothing and Continue To "Make Minimum Monthly Payments". As the chart below illustrates, if you’re making minimum payments it would take you over 33 years to pay off a balance of $30,000 and finally, after 33 years, you would be paying 274% of the amount you originally borrowed assuming you NEVER used your credit cards again... and that's not very likely is it?

Option #2: Enroll In A "Debt Management" or "Consumer Credit Counseling Program". The goal of a DMP or CCC program is to establish a "debt reorganization plan" with creditors to pay off your debts. Because these "Non Profit Organizations" work for the creditor as an extension of their collection department, they have a list of predetermined agreements to lower your interest or payment amount. Frequently these new minimum payments are higher than your current payment structure. While some may be able to lower your interest rate to 12%, others refuse to drop below 20% or more. Many times, the end result of this program will force you into bankruptcy.

If you're accepted into one of these programs, they immediately report that you are enrolled in a "financial hardship program" to the various credit agencies. This report is as damaging as a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy to your credit score.

Then you make a monthly payment to the Debt Management Program and they disburse payments to your various creditors in return for a percent of your payment as a "collection fee" or "fair share" contribution. As the chart below illustrates, you would make payments for almost 6 years and pay back 162% of your original debt.

Option #3: Use the power of The American Debt Negotiation team to eliminate debt in 36 months or less. Take a look at this same $30,000 of unsecured debt and the amazing results that The American Debt Negotiation Settlement Program can make happen for you.

The following chart illustrates the primary options you may use to deal with a difficult debt problem. This example has just over $30,000 in total unsecured debt. If you’re in this situation you may even be current on your payments, but using extraordinary measures to stay current. Perhaps you’re using credit cards to pay minimum payments on credit cards or playing the balance transfer game.

American Debt Negotiation’s Debt Settlement Program offers a quicker, less expensive way out.
